Heeretea has a large store with lots of seating, and it is nicely clean. Much like many places in Sunnybank, the bilingual staff make ordering a straightforward process. However, it's worth noting that orders may take some time to arrive, and while the tea I tried wasn't to my taste, I still find it to be a great place for catching up with friends.

I had a very bad experience recently. I paid $9 and waited half an hour for an Oolong Lemon King. But the drink I got was black, not the usual light green. It tasted really bad. I am very disappointed and won't be coming back. Please make sure your drinks are made correctly next time！！

Proper tea flavour, unlike many other bubble tea chains out there. The service was wonderful - attendant was super nice and cheerful, even for new year's day. However, found it strange that a bubble tea place would have no trays for carrying the tea. If ordering any more than two teas to takeaway, customers must purchase a bag to safely transport the tea. Bags themselves are only big enough to hold two cups each. The order (3 teas) took over 15 mins on a quiet day, so be prepared to wait. Their standard milk teas are really satisfying and not overloaded with sugar. Pearls are fresh and chewy. They also offer a yuzu grapefruit flavour which is really good and not so easy to find elsewhere. Have heard that their brulee tea is good too, but haven't tried yet.

I am addicted to the snow top ovaltine, I have try a selection of other things but always come back to the ovaltine. It’s chocolate, icecream, fresh and cooling all at the same time!

Knowing that sunnybank plaza having food event tonight. But they just cheating their loyalty customer in that night. Ordering 3 cups of Oreo milk tea with friends. We all disappointed with that, thanks for letting us know we don't wanna come back anymore.

FIRST TIME We thought we would try them out for their bubble tea, as I was in the mood for something nice. (BUBBLE) TEA I thought all the tea would be as illustrated. They were not. Hong Kong Coffee Tea did not have bubbles, although illustrated. We asked for Snow Fossil tea, but they gave her cheese???? (Lost 1/2 🌟 star) CAKE Strawberry cake Fluffy & delicious Tiamasu More cream, than cake (Lost 1/2 🌟 star) SERVICE Initial service was not great. Staff made us wait, while he did something behind the counter. When I ordered, he had me repeat my order multiple times???? ( Lost 1/2 🌟) Order was delivered fast ATMOSPHERE Beautifully presented Clean STAFF Distracted, appeared that the customers were interrupting their socialising with each other.
